Diplômé d’un master en Histoire & civilisations à l’Université Bordeaux-Montaigne en 2021. Actuellement doctorant à l’EHESS depuis septembre 2021 en mention « Histoire et Civilisations », sous la direction de Rachida Chih et Sabrina Mervin. La thèse, intitulée « Croire, savoir et dire. Une histoire des intellectuels musulmans en France au prisme de l’engagement d’Eva de vitray-Meyerovitch (1909-1999) », entend contribuer à l’histoire du dialogue des mondes du savoir et du croire. Elle cherche à étudier les dynamiques, mécanismes et effets de la circulation et l’appropriation des savoirs religieux sur les individus.
En investissant le concept de subjectivation de l’être, la réflexion porte sur la capacité ou agentivité d’une œuvre à participer au processus de transformation de son auteur. Afin de saisir la complexité de la figure intellectuelle, il est question d’analyser une trajectoire, à la croisée des mondes intellectuels et religieux, adoptant une approche intérioriste de son objet de recherche en filigrane des courants, groupes et réseaux intellectuels qu’elle traverse.
Ainsi, cette recherche prend appui sur le cas de l’intellectuelle française, Eva de Vitray-Meyerovitch, femme de lettres à la fois universitaire, traductrice et spécialiste des œuvres de Djālal ad-Dīn Rūmī et Muhammad Iqbal, et aussi croyante, issue du catholicisme, convertie à l’islam et disciple soufie dont le corps repose au pied du mausolée de Rūmī à Konya.

Having studied History, graduating in 2021 from the university of Bordeaux-Montaigne, with aninterdisciplinary master ''LesAndalus:historical Arabic-speaking and Iberic domains ''. Now being a PhDstudent at the EHESS since September 2021 in reference to ''History and Civilizations'' under the directors Rachida Chih and Sabrina Mervin. Thethesis, entitled ''To believe, to know, to say. A history of muslim intellectuals in France at the light of Eva de Vitray-Meyerovitch(1909-1999).'' A contribution to theHistory of the dialogue between the world of knowledge and that of belief.It is a study that seeks for dynamics, mecanisms and effects of the circulation and appropriation of religions knowledge upon individuals.
Whilst investing the idea of subjectivation of thebeing, the reflection is about the capacity or the agentivity of a work so as to take part in the process of change for the author. In order to seize thecomplexity of the intellectual figure, it is necessary to analyzethe path at the crossroads of both worlds–intellectual and religious. The approach is interiorization of its object of research, throughout the different currents of thought, intellectual groups or webs.
And to finish with, this research is based on the case of a French intellectual, Eva de Vitray-Meyerovich, a literary woman, who was at the same time a scholar, a translator, specialized in Djalāl ad-Dīn - Rūmī(1207-1273) and Muhammad Iqbal (1877-1938), aswell as a believer, from a Catholic background, who converted to Islam, and became a Sufi disciple, whose body rests next tothe Rumi mausoleum in Konya.
