TRM 48G.01 Cultural Heritage of Istanbul, Boğaziçi University
Elective course for undergraduate students introducing them to the terminology, basic concepts and principle developments in cultural heritage management, together with challenges and controversies, particularly in urban environment. The course examines the changing perception of heritage values, evolution of heritage conservation and approaches to cultural heritage management in addition to the international charters, conventions and policies on the protection of heritage.

TRM 541.01 Cultural Tourism and Cultural Heritage Management, Boğaziçi University
This graduate course explores the dynamic and complex interaction between tourism and heritage industries while examining the ways in which this relation and collaboration can contribute to sustainable development through the analysis of best practices with integrated management strategies.
